celticeagle @MommyOfEli2013 .........sounds good. You might want to be sure to hydrate. Washing out waste from the body will help you lose the weight.

celticeagle I think chewing gum is very unprofessional. It would probably bug me too. The thing I never cared for in a work setting was gossiping and talking negatively about co-workers.
