When do you feel is the right time to makr best response for a discussion

When do feel that yes i have got the answer I wanted and any more discussion regarding the topic is insignificant . When do you feel like marking the discussion you have started with the best answer which literally stops the discussion as I have noticed that discussions with best responses marked seldom gets any more answers.
I personally don't like answering the discussions already marked with best answers. So when is the right time to stop a discussion.

Hi,
I will follow the answer in the responses and try them out myself. I will know whether the responses are true or not.
For example:
I always ask for ways to make money online. Mylotters will suggest a lot of ways and I will try one-by-one.
I can find the best ways and I can find the best response.

I don't prefer giving best response sometimes, but If I think the response is very good and it was totally answered and clear without any hesitant I will mark it best response. Some are not reading discussions clearly sometimes and they are answering it wrong and I'm wondering if they understand what I am talking about. I do understand that some are having hard time expressing them selves but I am glad they are doing my best. If I see that they respond well maybe they really deserve that mark, they deserve to have that points.
