I haven't bought milk in over a week so I was very surprised to see that it's up to $4.19 per gallon here in Florida. That's quite an increase since the last time I got some. Has the price jumped this much in other areas or is this just a Florida thing?

Milk is on sale this week in Southern California. Its $3.67 for a gallon. I will only buy 1/2 gallon, as I'm the only one that drinks it here. Milk and Strawberries are low here.

The price of milk here in Nova Scotia has to be approved by the gov't. The cheapest price we have found is at Costco where we pay $5.19 for 4 litres (approx. a gallon). Most places it is between 6 and 7 dollars for the same size.

The cost of the milk is higher now a days in our country. I am from India. The cost of the milk was before around 10 rupees. Now a days it has raised up to 19 rupees per liter. I think more people should have cows at home in order to bring the price of milk.
