I like my steak medium, cooked on a really hot grill plate, so that is dark on the outside but still beautiful, moist and tender on the inside.

Well done. It must well done, no pink for me. I know, they always tell me that it makes a steak tough but I'll just have to eat a tough steak because I can't stand any meat that is not well done.
