I have found in my experience that you should research the company. It will impress them and benefit you if you know a little about the company in which you are looking to get hired from. Also, make sure you have a complete and professional resume and be prepared to answer questions they may have for you. Also think about salary requirments and what you are willing to accept from them as compensation for your time and work. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

It actually depends on what type of company you are trying to be hired at. Alot of companies have you fill out a job application and some want you to submit a resume. Some jobs require you to have some experience or education to work for them also. some jobs require you to have a college degree to be hired also.

dear xialinye first of all prepare your cv or your biodata . and better if you get this done from a professional, highlighting your qualification and experience and submit the same to the companies where you wish to do the job . online or paper data can be mailed . you can handover the same to samoe agencies who specialise in laisioning withthe companies which are hiring. soon you will find the bells ringing.
