Oh!! not me. I wish I could wake up early but seems I can't.. It is very nice to cuddle my pillow and extend more minutes in bed up to 7 or 8 am. Some people are already awake at 3 or 4am? Oh!!! It is still a good time to sleep for me.. How about you? are you an early riser? I sleep late so I can't wake up early too.

I prefer to sleep later and stay up a little later. Like bed at 11-12 midnight, up around 10 am

Absolutely not! Bebs, I always go to bed late so it is quite difficult for me to get up early in the morning. Though I know sleep earlier and get up earlier is good for our health I still prefer to sit in front of my computer surfing net or watching tv broadcast until late-night. I get up early only if there is any specially occasions, like attending outstation functions or going for tour.

I'm usually up by 5:30 or 6:00 and I never need an alarm. I've tried sleeping in later, but I just can't do it. When the sun comes up, my body knows that it's time to get on with the day, and it doesn't matter what time I went to bed.

i didn't used to be, but i guess it's true that we need less sleep as we age. on weekdays, i set my alarm for 6:15, but i'm up before it goes off, even though i don't have to answer tech calls until 8:00, and don't leave for the office until 9:30. on weekends, i try to force myself to go back to sleep until 8:00, but i'm usually out of bed by 7:00

Not me. I seem to be on a different cycle than everybody around me. I have always been a night owl, even as a kid I had a hard time getting up early for school. I am only up this early today because I have not been to sleep yet.

No, I'm not. The earliest I can get up without falling asleep again is about nine. I can't get up any earlier than that.

Yes, I'm an early bird, usually by 4:15-4:30a.m. for me. I guess I'm a morning person. I have most energy at that time of day.

The earliest wake up time for me is 5:00 am and that is if I rested early at night. But normally I wake up at 6:00 am because I normally go to bed at 10:00 pm. That is 8 hours rest already and quite enough to refresh and rejuvenate my body to keep going for the rest of the day. Those who wake up at 3 to 4 normally are old folks whose sleep have become shorter and also some busy people who have lots of things to be done so they have to start the day early. Good thing, I still have the luxury of 8 hours sleep every day and I thank God for this.

I used to get up at half past 5 and go walking with my dad 4 or 5 mornings a week. It was brilliant to be out with so few people around, seeing the mist over the lakes etc but it just wouldn't be the same without him. Tomorrow I'm on the early shift at work so will have to be up at 5.30am again - and I'll be muttering to myself and staggering round the bathroom trying not to open my eyes - until about 6 and then I'll be fine.

Oh!! staggering the bathroom with close eyes? I can understand that. I experience that when I was working. Now that I am staying home, there is no challenge to wake up early. lol. Good luck to you. thanks for the reply.

I'm not an early riser at all. I struggle with going to bed at a decent hour, always. I was trying to get in the habit of getting up at 4 or 5 AM to exercise but I just couldn't do it. Way to tired to d any physical activity. If I had my way, I wouldn't wake up until about 10:00 am. That's why I look forward to working night shifts.

There are two types of people. 1. Early bird - Early to bed and Early to rise. 2. Night owl - Late in the Night as well as in the morning. I prefer to be a Night owl as I have work at night times. But I always get up at right time very early in the Morning.
