A young people will do well to heed it and later be glad they did. The best age for a man to marry is around twenty four to twenty six ( I was 25 ) after he has devoted those top aptitude years between sixteen and twenty five for mature education, experience and preparation, after he has acquired the knowledge, preparation and preliminary experience to assume adult responsibilities, after he is able to assume the responsibility of supporting a wife and family. The best age for a girl to marry is between twenty three and twenty five ( my wife married me at 24) when she has utilized those top aptitude years for preparation and is prepared to assume the duties of wifehood and motherhood, the responsibilities of planning, decorating, arranging a home, keeping it and being a help and inspiration to her husband. This was based on my experience, facts and knowledge. How about you? What is the best age for marriage in your opinion?

The best age for me is 27 for men and 25 for women, but this would also depend on the maturity of both to handle serious relationship and obligations and the financial capability as well to raise a family. If either of the party lacks the qualities then they should not marry yet.

I think 24 to 28 years of age is a good age bracket to get married. not too young but not too old too. i think age will not matter as long as you know you can handle a good marriage and is stable enough to earn a living for your own family. but i also think that marrying above 29 years of age was too old. i'd like to see my children grow and have children on their own too. besides some say it will be harder for a woman to bear a child and give birth when reaching the age of 30's.

I believe that the best age for marriage is when you feel really ready for the leap.Me and my boyfriend are still young(im 18 and he is 20) and we have talked about one day getting married but we both agreed we would have a long engagement as to make sure we really want to be together for the rest of out life's because me and him both agreed we don't want to have to deal with a divorce in the future.

Yeah. You are right, even God has not given specific and direct instruction or command as to the proper age for marriage. But based on actual experience and facts, major causes of broken marriages or unhappy problem marriages are those of people who married too young. Thanks for sharing.
