Frozen or homeade?

hmm homemade is better but bog potatoes are rare in my side so we usually end up using the frozen ones which to me aren't really good but better than nothing.. Though fastfoods offer better fries

I don't have much time to make my own fries, but if I did i would make my own. i made fries at school once in my culinary arts class and they came out soo good. We made regular seasoned fries and we also made sweet potato fries and put a bit of cinnamon and sugar on them.

Usually, we bought frozen fries in supermarkets and just deep fry it with cooking oil. And put some flavor like cheese flavor. But if ever we have lots of potato stocks in our refrigerator, I decided to sliced and fry them and just add some salt after frying.

I like homemade potatoes way more, but it isnt always easy to peel, cut and fry them yourself, especially if there isnt much time. What i have tried though, is freeze potatoes that i have personally grown, so i know what oils i use and i keep quality high. Then i am not risking anything when i use those frozen potatoes, it proves fast and isnt much unhealthy. The ones bought arent much nutritious.

i think homemade anything is better than frozen or fast food or whatever or wherever you get it. u can't beat homemade.

I definitely prefer homemade fries. I use to make them alot when our kids were home. Slice the potatoes to any thickness and drop them in hot oil. Oh they were so yummy. It's been many years since I've made them since my husband rarely eats fries.

I love homemade fries. I used to make them in my frydaddy all the time until the thing went caput. It doesn't heat up like it should anymore so the fries don't get done. Homemade fries taste so much better than those frozen ones do!

Homemade fries for sure! I do not actually make french fries though because I still live at home and my mom does the cooking lol. I really love french fries though I must say, mmm :P

I like frozen fries very much. My family rarely makes homemade fries. I can't even remember the last time that we did. Probably on a holiday, I think. But I like being able to just stick the frozen fries in the toaster oven and waiting for a few minutes, lol. Just faster, I guess.

When i bake es i am usually fixing for a lot of kids so it is frozen! If i just need a few i will make the real thing.

I adore homemade fries and like making them really chunky! Yummy! I do the same though that if I have a lot of people coming around I will just make frozen because it is easier and also cheaper too! x

if i would bake some myself, i would prefer homemade. The frozen are almost always french, and i just love the belgium french fries (also called brussels fries :p ). But most of the time i just buy them at the french fries stand , like almost everywhere in belgium their are three different ones just a 1 or 2 minute walk from my appartement. So i can choose enough. :)

I don't know its a hard question, Frozen can taste mushy at times and homemade could be too oily. So if I had a choice it would probably be frozen.

I like frozen fries more. I can't make homemade fries very well. They are always too salty or I just fail some other way. So i feel it is too much trouble, when I could just make a cake instead. Frozen fries are good, big collection of them where to choose from.

Homemade all the way, but my sister-in-law always keeps a bag of frozen smiley face frnech fry potatoe things and let me tell you they are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I do order fries I love homemade steak fries the best.
