I gained about 5 pounds when we were on vacation last week. All that eating out, I guess. I would like to lose it fast before it ruins my summer. Any suggestions?

If I only had to worry about 5 pounds I would be a happy camper. I lost 5 pounds last month. Salads and fresh fruit were added to my diet instead of potatoes and other starchy foods.

Try calorie count dot com. Track what you eat and what activities you do on a daily basis. As long as your are expending more calories than you consume, you will loose weight. The best way to drop 5 quick is to walk as much as possible, and drink lots of water. You'll be surprised at how quickly some additional exercise can help you loose a few unwanted pounds.

Just add some extra steps and substitute some extra vegetables in place of the desserts.

Well in your case 5 pounds? I think you can lose it for 2 weeks only. Just control your diet and regular exercise around 30mins or much longer.Regular exercise and proper diet can help you lose your weight and make your body fit and healthy.

I would suggest for just 5 lbs., to make sur you drink lots an dlots of water which is also good in the summer heat and to just make sure you eats lots of fruits and vegetables along with proteins, like chicken, fish and steak. Try to stay away from junk foods and sodas or anything with a lot of sugar.
