lazaki222 I brushed my teeth 3 times a day. After I ate my breakfast, after Lunch and after dinner.I'm a student so I bring my kit and brush my teeth in school. I brush my teeth regularly so that my gums and teeth will be healthy.

lazaki222 Well in your case 5 pounds? I think you can lose it for 2 weeks only. Just control your diet and regular exercise around 30mins or much longer.Regular exercise and proper diet can help you lose your weight and make your body fit and healthy.

lazaki222 For me I prefer to use Windows Xp because it's more easy to use and most of the programs,applications is more compatible in windows Xp. It also many features especially the Ms office because of these it can help us in our office works and researches.

lazaki222 I think Blackout RO but recently they just wipe out all the server items /sob but it has a great community, friendly GMs and well balance community.Try it and see it for yourself.
