Do you have a favorite coffee mug/cup?

Ok, here is your chance to show me (or tell me) about your favorite coffee cup or mug! Do you have a favorite one? Do you use the same one every day?
Here in the office I broke my favorite mug and have borrowed the one in the picture. It's a larger size mug and I like it for that reason. It has a pretty scene on it that is peaceful. Eventually, I will remember to bring me another favorite cup from home!
At home, my favorite cup is a new one that I got for Mother's Day from my grandson. It has his picture on it on one side and "I Love Grandma" on the other side. It's special and unique and of course was a shoe-in to become my favorite!

In theory all mugs are the same, but I think most people would have their favourite one, at least I do! The one I like is big, perfect for a coup of hot tea in the morning! The mug I dislike very much is one that has the inside black and that just doesn't inspire me at all, as I prefer those that are white, or a nice colour.

yes i have a fav coffee mug at my house and at my mums
noone else is alowed to use it as i consider it as mine well it is mine thats the end of it, i hide my coffee mug at my mums just in case anyone decides to drink out of it.
Its what with big red flowers on it
The one at home is clear glass.
I can't stand the thought of someone else usein it

I don't have a favorite coffee mug that I use every day. But I do have a favorite mug that I use in the winter when I am sick and make broth to drink. It's funny, I never really thought about it until I read your post, but I always use the same one. It is deep and has a big handle and I like to wrap my hands around it to keep warm. But only in winter when I am sick- or on a cold autumn night. For my coffee, it's the first one I grab, usually half asleep at 6 am.

I do have a mug that I use most of the time but It doesn't bother me to use another mug in the house. I just like the one I use because it is thick glass and dark blue. I think its for some electric company we got it for free.

i've been given many fine mugs as gifts. but i'd have to say my favorite is one with a ferret on it given to me by my niece, who is good with choices for gift giving. i love ferrets and have 2 of them. i kept it in a safe place.

Yes I have a favourite mug, it's blue with a polar bear on it, and it has the words 'Ice Cool Dude' on it which pretty much sums me up! The mug has been with me for years, more than I can remember, think I would be right upset if it got broke, easy to clean too, no matter what I pour into it. No one else touches my mug, it's Wolfies! I would love however to find a mug with a wolf on it I would buy it for sure. Not very techno minded otherwise I would upload a photo, never works for me anyhow.

Oh, I have to agree with you Wolfie, a mug with a wolf or a couple of wolves on it would be a great choice for you! I can just picture a mug with a wolf sitting on a big rock and the other one with his neck stretched out howling at the full moon! That would be a perfect mug for you :)

i do, while i dont drink coffee necessarily, i do drink tea and during the winter, one of my favourite lunches is cup a soup. i love penguins so i have two special mugs with penguins on them. one was given to me 2 christmas ago with candy in it from my mom and the other was given to my by my 11 year old baby last christmas, so i treasure both.

Yes, I have a favorite coffee cup. It has Winnie the Pooh and piglet on it. My daughter gave it to me about 15 years ago and I still use it every day unless it is in the dishwasher. My husband will actually take it out of the dishwasher and hand wash it for me on the weekends because he knows it is my favorite.

Hi there! I think that most people who are avid coffee or tea drinkers have that favorite mug or cup. I know that I do. Mine is my coffee mug from Austin Texas that says keep Austin weird. I lived there for a few years and loved the culture and the city. So while visiting last year I purchased the coffee mug. My coffee just does not taste the same unless it is coming out of that particular mug. I am sorry that you broke your favorite!

i drink a lot of tea and there a few "favorite" cups for different occassions and i never share them with anyone.if my family members need to drink they use their own cup ,guests have guest cups too.
i have a set of fine china cups for when i use tea tags.and a special cup with filter for when i use loose tea leaves but only need a cup of tea.at dinner time i make tea from loose leaves in a tea pot and use a matching cup to drink out of.

I do have a mug for coffee which I use from my early ages which is not only my favorite but also very lucky for me. I drink most of the times coffee in this mug or cup. It has a message on it thats says the success will be after you every time you drink the coffee in this mug. Hence I use this mug every time and I succeed every time. Its really a very nice cup.

yes I do it is an old brown mug from the 70's. It is dark brown on bottom and when it was made they used a tan glaze that looks like it is melting down on the top of the mug (I am a ceramists and familiar with different glazes). I love this mug cause it reminds me of my grandmother. She had mugs like this one. I will post a pic of it later.

I don't have a picture of it, but my favorite coffee cup is one that a friend of mine from church gave me several years ago. It has a picture on it from Thomas Kinkaid. I love that cup and it is more special because my friend gave it to me. I don't drink out of it every day but I do as often as I can.

My favorite mug is my big blue mug. I got it from dollarama after my other bid blue mug broke. I love the size cause it is big enough to get a real cup of coffee or tea yet not too big where the drink gets cold cause it takes too long to drink it all. It is pretty stained up and I wouldn't serve it to anyone and noone in the house ever takes it to use though I never said they couldn't. HEHE

Ya i have two coffee mug in my desk.Actually one i got from my department when i joined and next one i got on my birthday gift from my colleague in my office.
I always go for coffee or tea or any drink with my new mug which i like most.

Hi kareng , i do have a favorite cup..basically its a pair which my husband gifted me ...it is of ceramic in white colour with movecolour lily flower painted on that and it is very big in size so to hold it properly ...i really love them to have my tea and soetime coffee also...
