I have seen more and more people when they type they omit the space between words if they put a punctuation like how I do it here in this post.This is not just on mylot,but other places as well.I first saw that in a different forum post by an older guy,so I thought it was because of his age he couldn't type very well.But then I started seeing this kind of typing all over the internet.Personally I don't find it appealing,it gives the impression the person is too lazy to press the space bar,and sometimes it even annoys me a bit.But I also have the habit of typing in all lower case which may not be appealing to some people,hehe!Oh,well!So have I missed something?Is this a new trend?

Doh...nowadays it can be considered already not "new" trend....many have already used to it, 'coz' people are in hurry always i donno why...there are really certain times that people tryin to make things in easy ways even if it's not the right path though to take....it's NOT new coz it happens worst in sending SMS and e-mails, not just the punctuation spacing but also the words 8self....

In doing text messages, I omit the spaces. But in emails or here, I don't, because I am used to hitting the space bar when typing. What I am trying to change is my way of typing in small letters. I am starting to realize that I don't capitalize the first word of every sentence when typing, and since I am into blogging, I have to change my ways.

ah, so that's how it got started, in text messaging just like typing in all lower case (small letters) started in chat rooms many years ago. i don't text message very much so i didn't know. i also like to type in all lower case, i regard it as casual. i don't need to change my ways all together, i just need to remember not to do it when posting to formal blogs or writing formal emails. thanks for responding!
