If given the choice, would you rather have more money or more time in your life?

I have to be totally honest with this question and say that I wish I had more money. If I had more money I would have more time as I wouldn't have to work so hard. As sad as it, this world revolves around money and without money a person can not live, at least not live a produtive life. So if I had more money I could stay home more and I could go spend money on things I would like to do and have. I would definitly travel a lot if I had the money to do it. I love the outdoors and I love going to new cities and explore. So that is what I would do if I had more money. Work a lot less.

i would choose more time. time is one of the things that money cannot buy. and besides, if you have more time, you can think of ways to make more money. if you have more money, i do not think that you can buy more time out of it.

It depends on the age and the amount of money I have at that point of time. A poor fellow who doesn't even have a penny would ask to have more money,even if his life time is reduced by 10 years.Where as a rich man would ask for more life time.Whatever may be the case,each will ask for the thing they don't have. And as for me,I would ask for more life because I am not very poor and I am contended with what I have.Trying to have more money will only result in greed and it would drive you crazy. So,never ever think that making money is the ultimate goal of life.There is more enjoyment and happiness in helping others and those who are in need. Cheers! Hello moonchild. My take on this is to have more time in my life. If I have more time in my life, I can make more money. Hehe!! Yes, it's true. But there is more to life than money. Things that money can never buy. Money can buy tanks oxygen but it can never buy every breath for you to live. Money can buy you a bed, but can never give you a real good quality of sleep. Money can buy you cosmetics, good clothes and shoes but for sure, it can never give you the real beauty. Money can buy you fame but it doesn't mean it goes the same with respect. I myself, want to have more time to give and spend for my loved ones. I always believe that the best and evident way of showing them you love them is finding time and giving time for every time you get the chance. Because every time which passes away is a piece of life that you can never get back. And same with spending time with them, it would mean for me that you're sharing a part of your life for them. I think I would rather choose to have more money than to have more time.. I want to have so much money so that I would not see my love ones suffer with so much pain and problems in life.. If I have a lot of money, I will give all of them to my parents since is their problem.. I'd rather die without spending time with them but at least I know that they will not keep on thinking with so many problems.. Than living here with so much time but seeing your love ones suffering with so much pain and problems.. What can I do with time that I have if I don't know on how to get big money.. Even though I keep on working so hard, I can't earn that kind of big money that they need.. Me and sister keep on working everyday just to earn money to pay all the debts of my brother for him not to put in prison but still until now we can't save money because of other expenses such as food, rent, bills, and clothings.. Even though we tried to budget our money but still it is lacking.. So, I will give my life just to see them happy..

Since I have children, I would want more time. Money means nothing when I could be spending time making memories with my kids!!!

Money. I already have enough time.I am now disabled so there is a big lack of money.

I would want more money. With the money i could finally go to Chicago,my last wish that hasn't come true.I wold fear that with more time, I would have to live without my health or teeth or I would have to give up certain foods that I like.

More money to leave to my kids and family. I believe in ghost and hope that I can stay around and watch over my family members after I am gone. Not in a creepy way though just to watch over them.

Nice topic. And I like your answer. I would also like to have more time to make money so I can enjoy more things. And family being one of them. One day I hope to get my family out of this town. It's way too expensive to live in Jersey now. So more time would mean everything to me.

More money.

I would chose to have more time in my life because i wanted to spend more time with my family.Besides,if we will just work hard we can have more money also if we want.Having more time would give us time to explore ourselves and be happy being with our family together.

For me money, no doubt. Then I could spend all of the time I do have doing what I enjoy. time to do things would only make me work even more to make what I would have if I took money.

Well, it both works, here's on money since everybody seems to have already pointed out how more time works.. Having more money can grant you financial stability, as well as resources to extend your life span by availing on health care products. Unless you have a terminal sickness, time isn't something you can afford. Start a business and hire workers to get more things done and assign someone reliable to manage the business so that you can have more time with your loved ones.

I would rather have more time. I have so much stuff to do....and things I'd like to try.....and things I'd like to learn that there is never enough time....and it would be fun to have more time to spend with my family..and friends.

I would like to have more time so that I can get things done. I want to do a lot of things in my life and I hope that I have enough time to do them. Like travel the world and just go to different places and see the cultures of other people. And my career too. If I have enough time then I would work and make enough money to survive. I don't really care if I'm rich or not as long as I have enough money to survive I am good.

that would all depend, if i took the money i sure wouldnt want to die anytime soon. but living longer would be nice to be with your family and loved ones. but if i needed some money i would rather take it so i could have something to leave my family if that makes sense.
