What speed you suggest to people for Safe Drive?

When you are travelling with your own care with driver, what speed you suggest for safe drive? I used drive my own 4 wheeler with speed of 60 - 70 km per hr, when I used to drive my two wheeler I prefer to maintain my speed 40 - 50 km per hr.

With the cost of fuel lately, we are finding the best speed to drive is that speed under 60 mph. 55 mph. is the speed that lets us use overdrive which is the better way to save gas. That is what we do in our car. We do not have cycles or scooters. Wish we did because of the fuel econonmy.
