What is the different between LOVE and LIKE?

I think it comes from the enthusiasm of the moment. It is like seeing a glass half full or half empty.

There is much more similarities and same dissimilarities in like and love. The difference i feel is that, the thing you love is only one in the world but the thing you like is numerous in this world. If you loose the thing you liked you' ll not much get worried about that because you'll feel that there are others too. But if you loosed the thing you love you'll loose your hope, loose your sleep, loose your dreams, loose your smile and loose your normal behavior.

Love is where the heart and soul intact while Like is what the mind say.=)

i have read a sentence in Chinese long time ago: Love , mean that contain partner's shortcoming Like , mean that love partner's merit. Well,it's my second time to repond a discussion ,i seem to make a grammar mistake . I hope someone would teach me English...
