Have whole fruit rather to have fruit juices...

A report says that instead of having fruit juices, just consume the fruits as a whole. while making fruit juices, they will filter out the fibers in it. so there is lack of fruit fibers in the fruit juices. so it is advised to have the whole fruit than having juices. what do u think about this...?

I would assume drinking natural juice is better because you don't have to worry about the large amounts of corn syrup in sugar drinks. I've been trying to cross over from the somewhat better tasting 'bad' juices to the okay tasting healthy juices. It's hard to give up drinks that I really love for the sake of being a little bit healthier.

it depends on what fruit. i love to eat sour fruits and there are fruits here in our country that it is better to eat it as is and not for juices. i would rather eat an orange than to squeeze it to drink the juice. when it comes to watermelon i can have it as a juice ( i make it smoothies) and cantalope as well, i love cantalope juice. for example lemon, can you eat lemon? i would rather make lemonade.... welcome to mylot hope you like it here like most of us do.
