Of course we know cats are hunters, predators.. my Bailey does not forget that hehehehe
This morning I saw him huffing and puffins and jumping this and that way in what seemed to be a huge fight with this ..... fly LOL
He made a huge deal of it too, calling me to see his trophy that was hardly visible in the kitchen floor hehehehe
So, what did you cat do today to make you smile?

My cat can hunt and bug, even if I don't see it.
She is so funny when doing it, and very, very fast....

I had a cat that would sit in a window, kill houseflies, and then pile them up. She was my first kitty I had after I got married.

That is so cute. One of my Rainbow Angel cats, Baffy, stole half a pork roast from the kitchen counter and dragged it under a chair in the living room. When I reached under the chair to grab it, she moved it in a half circle and kept doing that.
Then, she ran off dragging it back into the kitchen, took a big bite out of it and ran away. It was very hard to stop laughing, but I had to clean up the living room rug.

well, soon after we aquired Guinness my cat, he first climbed a street lamp pole, he then had to be lifted to safety by the fire brigade. He then went walk about raping and pillaging the neighbourhood. He has a flock of mini guinnisses all over the village now. Then he took it in to his head to get himself up on to the ledge of the open window of our bathroom. Precariously balenced here, he proceded to swip at a family of housemartens that had chosen a spot just within paw reach to nest. Not satisfied until he caught one, he continued this behaviour all day. He finally thought better of it when he tumbled backwards and fell into the toilet bowl. Never again did he trouble the birds who nest to this day

sadly, i no longer have one but a funny little dog these days that makes me smile. one of the funniest thing my last cat did tho i will tell. he was a good kitty never stole food, but 1 time. my friend used to get pretty drunk on Friday nights, come over and chill on my couch. he usually shared little bites of his snacks with Cupid, my cat. one night, he passed out and left a sausage on the edge of the coffee table in a saucer. out of the corner of my eye, i watched as cupid circled the table, lifting his head to sniff it and looking back and forth to see if we were looking. he could tell we werent looking so, he snatched it and ran. i was laughing to hard to check him. LOL!

My newest cat, Leo Tomson, tried to sneak up on me in the shower. Actually he was intrigued by my dirty clothes which probably smelled of fireworks and grass.

morning as if to say,
"Hi mommy! I'm here, feed me,
pay attention to me!"

WHile in high school our cat - Frank - a black cat - was really scary - - he and my mom would fight over her coffee in the mornings! She'd have her cup of coffee on the bathroom counter while doing her hair (all up-dos back then!) and this cat would sit there and eye-ball it and sneak closer and closer (like he was trying to do it without her seeing) and then just start drinking. At first, she wasn't fast enough to move it before he took a drink and she'd have to let him have it and not drink it herself, then she could stop him before he got to it, but then he started slapping at her hand when she'd move the cup from him! I kid you not! This went of for a few days - she take, he'd slap, she'd move, he'd follow!
Finaly she'd just let him have the one from yesterday! She'd forget to take it down with her that day, so the next day, she'd skoot that one over to him, he'd drink that and she had her fresh cup! What made her remember to take one down was that there'd be no space on the counter for a third cup!
