..For you, how would you relate the stories in the chronicles of Narnia in real life situation..? do you think Aslan has something to do with the biblical explanation of the Lord Jesus Christ, being sent to earth to save mankind?

It so happens that CS Lewis is a Christian and there is a definite correlation between Aslan and Christ. He was the sacrificial lamb who bested evil by dying and being raised to life again to help slay the evil queen.

The way Aslan sacrificed himself at the stone altar does remind us of Jesus Christ. Also, at the end of the book "The Silver Chair", he shed his blood to resurrect Caspian. There are certain undeniable similarities, I admit. The whole series has a strong Biblical undertone to it, as also the destruction of Narnia at the end of it and all the sinners dying with it while the pure of mind getting to live forever in the "Heaven" of the true Narnia.

:)yeah. I think this book was a simplified story of the real situation of the world and how our Lord Jesus Christ save mankind. Narnia for me is actually the earth which was first dominated by good but after which, evil came and wants to rule over the earth. The earth is now being dominated by evil so those who are believers of God need to struggle and stay firm in their faith in order to overcome evil with good. Aslan for me portrays Jesus. He became the sacrificial lamb just to save mankind becuase He loves us so much.
