Have you watched Mama-Mia!

My fiance and I watched the musical (movie) with her mother. We thought that there was to much singing throughout the movie, which really affected the plot, and not in a good way either. The plot could have been explained and carried out more but since it was a musical I think I can say that I understand why it wasn't. Some musicals are okay, but maybe less music? I know a funny request for a movie that is mostly sung!

I have not seen it yet. I wanted to see the Broadway show but have not had a chance yet, and that has rave reviews. I can't wait to see the movie. Being a former performer/dancer, this is right up my alley!

As of today it hasn't been released in theaters yet. The Meryl Streep movie comes out this weekend I think. This weekend or next, but it isn't out yet. Maybe sneak previews have been showing, so maybe a couple people got to see those.

I have not seen it but somehow with Meryl Streep in it, I feel it has to be good. I guess this is a part where she sings and she has received good reviews on that. You should be an Abba fan and I am so I want to see it, if i see it before it is on TV that remains to be seen.

I haven't even seen the musical before. And you should try to check that out before seeing the movie musical. I've heard it's good, but I'm not an ABBA fan. I hope Hollywood doesn't end up ruining this; I'm very protective of Broadway. Hollywood might turn it into garbage and then people might not go see the musical, and then the creators/writers lose benefits. I think about stuff like that.
