I occasionally have problems with dry eyes. I spend a lot of time on the computer, writing articles and stuff, and come here and do a couple other things to make money. I keep eyedrops beside my screen and use them every couple of hours if my eyes begin to itch or feel scratchy. It helps a lot! I hope yours improve.

I dont know how much it has to do with the computer but I have had dry eyes problem in the past. Dr recommended some artifiial tears solution, but I cant think of the name ofi t right now. It was over the counter. He had me use it at night. Part of mine was due to an old eye injury and the eyelid would dry and stick to the scratch area. You might could ask a pharmacist what kind they suggest

I spend a lot of time in fron tof the computer both at home and at work and i also wear contact lenses so i should suffer from dry eyes and i sometimes do but not very often. Air conditioning and central heating are common causes or can exacerbate an existing dry eye problem. Also just not blinking enough (hence why contact lense wearers tend to get dry eyes.) My advice is to avoid the above and use the eye drops as the doctor has suggested.
