I'm so tired of...

...writing MyLot discussions and comments. It takes so much of my time up and After 10 or more posts, I feel like my brian is melting. I think I need to take a little break away from MyLot but it is so addicting! I love making the "big bucks" and seeing my new earnings everyday but it takes so much work. I guess that is just how it works; in order to make money you have to spend a lot of time and energy. What do you think? Any MyLot complaints?

I can post for hours without my brain feeling like it is going to fry. The only complaint I have is that I feel guilty if I don't visit for a day or only make a really small amount of posts and get very little earnings.

Elixiress- have you tried Associated Content or the Helium Marketplace? I only come here to "rest" and amuse myself in between writing there.

I have just recently joined the first site but have not posted yet, I am not a big writer, so I do not want to join any more sites at the moment. I would rather write in a forum environment rather than an article environment.

the money i earn is so little so the most addicting thing for me isn't the money i can earn but the opportunity to share my thoughts each of us comes from different country, different culture it is interested to do that

It does take a lot of time and effort to be able to make a buck on here. It's fine if you have the time and are willing to spend all day on here participating in discussions. However I can't do that, nor would I want to, so instead I just participate in a few discussions a day, if that, and let my pennies add up. It may be a slow way to earn on here, but it is better then getting mylot burnout! I wouldn't want that to happen as I like it too much on here.

Its as you said, if you wanna keep making money you must try hard. Just keep writing and writing, replying, uploading pictures. I think all of us have reached, some of us for many times, this point when all seems without a cause. We are thinking to stop, then we start over. Thats how it is i think. tiring sometimes, but much enjoying others. It all depends on current mood.

I've only been on here a month but but I love it so far. The only complaint I have is that I want them to pay more per posting. Some people are not meant for mylot. I can post all day on here if I had the time to. With being a wife, mother, and student it's very hard to do much. I usually post early in the morning or late at night. I also post a lot on the weekends. I'm sure when I start working again, I'll be posting even less than I do now which is going to suck. Maybe you don't like the discussions. Start new ones. You get money when a lot of people respond to your postings.

I am just new here and when i first post some comments i did not know that i can earn from it so i am not pressure at all. I love my lot it's not because of the money, i love it because i can have new friends and know what other people are talking about it. My lot do not pay that much but i think it's ok because i am here just to have fun but yesterday i got curious about earning so ask one of my fiends here. He said i need to post 100 comments a day for $1 or $2 but i do not want to be pressured. I just want to enjoy myself here besides i learn new things. Well, you need to be more patient if you really want to have money aside from that do not think that you can earn so that your brain can function well.

Hi srpkinja, Sometimes i felt that way. then i think, may be i'm just tired. I am not forcing my self with targeting post or any. So i don't feel the preasure. Sometime I just sit here, reading post that every body make, and i just read. Can't figure out to comment and i'm stuck. But your discussion suit to my condition, so i stop by. Find something to company you through mylot, like me i have a nice cup of tea beside the monitor. Hm, it's not so bad after all. Cheers gal!! OoXx`dian

Hi. You talked about making big bucks here on mylot!, tell me buddy what exactly you do? Because my account is crawling. I have tried uploading a lot of pictures, posting good comments and starting good discussions. I believe I can't make it big here and that's the only complain - "the earning is too slow".

I know how you feel; I felt just about the same at one time. Especially in the beginning when I started myLot. I decided to not to push myself; not to come every day unless I felt like it and not to post to the point of feeling fatiqued. I didn't wantt to get sick and tired of myLot. I think this site is great and I wanted to desire to stick around and be part of it. So I take it in small doses sometimes. You could give that a try and see how that works for you! You won't make as much money but you know it will add up eventually and then it doesn't feel like your wasting your time either. Happy Mylotting!

Once you get the hang of it, you'll be spending less time in mylot but yet earning more. I try to spend at most one hour in mylot each time I log in. Due to my busy schedule, it's impossible to spend too much time here. There'll be days which I'll have no time to log in. I'll usually make up when I am really free and try to reply to all the responses I've received from my responses. Don't think of it as a chore and you'll definitely enjoy it much more.

Hi srpkinja, Big bucks??? Here??? Are you trying too hard? Try spending the amount of time that you are comfortable with here. Trying too hard will cause fatigue, then you will tire of MYlot. Take breaks, work for some time, maybe 30 minutes or so then take a break, go do something else around the house, then come back and see if just walking away for a short time helps you. You may not feel so much pressure, but maybe more pleasure in what you are doing. Breaks will also give you time to refresh your brain with new ideas or thoughts of new discussions. Good luck, hope this helps. Have a nice day..

I do feel the same as u when i 1st joined mylot.. I find that it's hard to find something i like and respond to it.. Plus, i see most responses are so long and mine is so short, i do get stressed out too.. lol ^_^ ANd also i dun get to use my computer much, so whenever i see alot of notifications, i get happy and scared too, because i know i get to earn alot, but i will have to spend alot of time inside here.. But once, i'm done with everything, and see my earnings increase, i feel that my hard work is worth it and i'm looking forward to more ^_^ hehe Do not give up, mylot is a good site ^_^

Hi Srpkinja, it gets the brain working, right? Well, for me, some days it's dxxx depressing- can't seem to get the words out. Other days, the words just flow, like now, in writing to you. Somehow it gets my brain moving...if not, it would just sink into disuse and senility . So happy myLotting!

Exactly, earnings are SLOW because you can't expect to make "BIG BUCKS" online haha. You hardly do anything on here, just reply to discussions and start new discussions. Nobody is making huge money from what people write, so therefore nobody can pay the people that much for what they write. It's just like a real job. I'm sure if you put in the effort you put into a real job you could make good money. But I doubt anybody wants to do that. For Example: If you can make 2 New Discussion per minute, thats 120 discussions in 1 hour. If you approximate 2 answers per discussion, thats $2.40 that you have earned in one hour. Every post you make you will receive 1 cent (or so i think). The REAL way to make a decent amount on the site is to have a LOT of references. I'm talking around 10 to 20 references (yes I know it's hard, but that's life). The thing is, nobody WANTS to sign up for the site, nobody has the will to post a lot, and nobody will do what you want just so you can earn a bit more money on the site. I guess it is somewhat worth it if you put in maybe 1 hour every day, and on the weekend maybe 2 hours a day. In my example above you would make $12 during the week and $9.6 on the weekend which = $21.60 Per Week. Not big, but if you let it pile up for one year maybe that = $1123.20 Good for a vacation to Cuba maybe :) So you see, if you put in a little bit of effort, you can earn yourself a Vacation to Cuba every year :) Or anything else that might cost around $1000.

That usually happens when you are only after the money. In here if you are only after money your discussions turn out to be very stupid and your replys to other discussions are turning to be really lowrate. Thats why you need to relax and enjoy of the discussions and only answer if the discussion interests you. That way you can answer best way possible and earn the money easily and more swiftly than before. These are my tips that atleast worked for me. :) You may want to try them out too. :P

Yes, it does seem like you have to spend a lot of time making posts here in order to make a very small amount of money. Although, personally, from my experience being here, if you're here to try and make money, it's going to be reall hard to make much money at all, but usually I make a lot more money asking questions than answering them. Just make sure that the questions you ask are going to get you at least 3 or 4 responses back and after you've asked a few questions, they should give you about the same amount of money that you would get from answering like 30 or 40 questions. Usually any answers you give to a questions only give you like $.01-$.02, and asking a good question can get you like $.10+. Good luck on making money here on MyLot.

No complaints here. I like myLot; of course, I don't just sit and keep posting. I am flipping between multiple projects all the time I'm online; therefore, I don't get bored or overwhelmed with any one thing.

I totally understand! I love the feeling of knowing that doing all of this is helping me to make money, but at the same time, we put in soooo much to this! For a small amount of money, which of course all adds up after a while, but yes it does take a lot of time and effort!
