did you still have your body daily exercise.

if you are busy person and doing thing in front of your computer for almost a day did you still do the exercise. i been told that if we seat so many hours on the chair everyday then you will easily get sick on you backbone. for me i will do the simple exercise so my back will be in the good stamina always. i recommended that everyone on mylot to do the simple exercise so they will have a good healthy.

I make exercise a priority in my life, so I do it almost every day. I take a day off every now and then so my body can heal. I don't like to sit at a computer for hours as my back and buttocks begin to hurt. I have a job where I get to stand up and move around every once in a while. But, I've had other jobs where I sit all day and it's really painful to do that.

i do very few exercise.frist,i am a queit girl.i choose to read novel instead of exercise.second,i don't love sports like running,basket etc.fortunately,i love physical labour.so, i am healthy so far.
