You don't have to spend hours in the gym to get great results

It is a myth that you have to spend hours in the gym to get good results. I have been a trainer for over 16 years, and I have tried it all, from bodybuilding, to yoga, to circuit training, pilates, etc... and what I have found is that using a systematic approach, working all the major (larger) muscle groups, doing the exercises correctly and consistently will get great results. Most of us need motivation, at least when we begin. I know I did. I had a trainer for almost 6 months and my results were so dramatic that I just had to share this idea with everyone. I went with my trainer to a certification course and we both got certified. Now there is a trend to workout at home. I think it is a great idea, except that most people won't do it, unless they have some kind of motivation. I have found a great way to workout at home, get results, and have a fitness coach to motivate you , either through email or on the phone. It is the best fitness idea I have seen in a long time. If you have ever wanted to get into the field of fitness trainer, not is your chance. You do not have to be in great shape to help others stay motivated. All you really need to do is be in your own process of changing your body and that will motivate others. Please send me a message if you would like to learn more. I would love to share this idea with you.

When you say " I went with my my trainer to a certification course and we both got certified." does that mean that your trainer was not certified when he/she was training you? I have a trainer who is certified and she like most trainers provides dramatic results when the plan is followed. can you please describe how your plan is different from weight training, raising the heart rate and adding flexibility?
