FitCoachJess The Secret is a documentary based on a very old idea. It is a simple concept, but not always easy. I wrote about it in my blog "Hypnosis Works." It is called "Hypnosis and The Secret." Check it out http://jbergkvist.blogspot.com

FitCoachJess The way to lose weight permanently is to start eating 5-6 small meals (or 3 meals/2 snacks...) throughout the day. Cut out most of the sugar & fats. Exercise for at least 30 min, at least 4-5 days a week, including resistance training and cardiovascular...

Is it good to skip meals??Which meal would you skip???

tuyakiki @tuyakiki (3016) • India 21 Jul 09

Hello Mylotters, I believe many people skip one of their meals to stay healthy. But I was doubting that, because it may lead to stomach ulcers. Today I was so late to office..Thats why I had to skip my breakfast.....

FitCoachJess Skipping meals is not the way to stay healthy. I wonder who it was that decided that even 3 meals a day was enough... I am more of a 'grazer' I eat when I am hungry and it usually turns out to be several times per day. Not big meals, but small ones. Skipping...

FitCoachJess Hypnosis is real. You will only respond to suggestions that are within your moral boundaries/personality to do. It CANNOT make you do anything you do not want to do. The hypnosis shows that you are referring to are usually real. The stage hypnotists are...

FitCoachJess First, I have to tell you and anyone reading this that the idea that hypnosis is mind control is nothing more than a myth. You do not surrender your will to the hypnotist. Hypnosis doesn't even work with the will...nobody can change your will; what you want....

Do you prefer headphones or speakers?

Rootmere @Rootmere (133) • United States 19 Jul 09

I myself prefer speakers when I need to know what's going on around me, which is like all the time. Headphones block out too much sound if I'm being a paranoid nerd. Headphones also have great sound because they block out so much...

FitCoachJess Speakers for sure:) Headphones are good if I am listening to something I have recorded looking for mistakes, etc... but I don't like the feeling of one of my senses being cut off from what is around me. It just makes me uncomfortable. I also like the sound of...

FitCoachJess Just my humble opinion:)... I believe "spirituality" (our relationship with God, the Universe, the powers that be...) is "God-made," and religion is man made. This is just my guess, but I think that religions are kind of set up to create more of their own, so...

FitCoachJess Definitely not true for me. My 20's were much better than my teens, my 30's much better than my 20's, and my 40's are better than my 30's...so if the trend continues, I expect that I will enjoy life more the older I get :)
