Let's say you have a friend, girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, brother, sister, parents or even neighbor. They have a certain attitude that irritates or annoyed you and you want them to change. What is it? And do you have the courage to say it to their face to demand change? How will you gonna do it?

It's my husband's jealousy. he gets raving mad when a male friend happens to leave a message even if it's a business call. I have had to reject a few job offers that would require me to train away from home for 2 to 6 months. So I've been out of work for the last 6 years. That's why I'm looking for an online work that I can do so I can earn my own keep. I wish he would change, we often discussed about his uncontrolled jealousy, but he feels unable to stop once, he starts feeling jealous. Tough luck, huh?

There are a lot of things that bother me about my friends/boyfriend/family members, but I also have to accept that I cannot change them. One example is that my boyfriend is late a lot. This drives me nuts. I have asked him to be on time please, but he still isn't. Rather than getting upset that he didn't change because I asked him to, I realized that I could just adapt. Now I either tell him to be somewhere earlier than he actually needs to be, or I tell the people that we are meeting in advance that we will be 20 minutes late. Yes, it is annoying, but you can't "fix" people, they have to be accepted as they are.
