How often are the earnings updated on associated content?

Last week, I had zero views on my published content. Days ago, i then had 13 page views, which equals about 2 whole cents of earnings. Now I know, others have viewed my work since then, because I have comments that came from yesterday and today, but the page view is still showing 13. Is this site updated on a daily basis, or once a month, or weekly? How does it work? If anyone knows, please advise me. Thank you!

I'm so glad you asked this! I had been noticing and wondering the same thing. It didn't make sense to me that I'd get 30 views in one day and then nothing for a few days after that. I guess we just get so used to our daily updates here that we think every site should be that way!

I was also confused about it. It's a shame that they can't atleast update the page views, even if they did only do the money every once in a while. I'd like to see atleast something going up. LOL

I am not aware about this. your discussion has helped to think about this.On Associated Content two of my articles have published. So far the page review is 43 and the revenue is $0.06.

I logged in today, and my views are up and so is the money, so I think they updated their system this morning. Atleast I get a feeling for how it works now. I'm glad my post helped you figure it out too :)

Like the other person said, it is usually updated about twice a week. But, I've noticed that if there is a holiday in that week, then they might only be updated once.

Thank you! I wasn't sure of the timing, but figured it probably wasn't daily after I didn't see my new views being on there. Thanks for your help.

Like the first poster said, I've noticed that it's twice a week. I really like what they've done now, where you see how many page views are earned in a month for an article as opposed to before where it only gave you the lifetime total. I like looking and seeing how many views something has gotten in a certain month.

I like it better this way too. I never seen the old way, but it seems like it wasn't very accurate or helpful. I would like it a whole lot more if it updated daily though.

Usually, the views are updated about twice a week. I've noticed that they update most often on Sunday's and usually Tuesdays. Depending on what day the months ends on, I've also noticed Thursday updates from time to time. You won't see immediate updates to page views however.

Thank you, that was what I was wondering. I couldn't understand why the views were suddenly there, and then nothing was counting. That makes sense now. Thanks for your help.

It usually seems to be about a week between updates for me. An article that I published on Monday is still showing zero views, but I know that it has at the very least one.
