I think it's in such a way that lovers must live. We must not be different, we must maintain several relationship at the same times with the same person. This makes them feel how important they are for us. Like you said "your lover, your best friend, brother, etc..and you play like kid" that's a good way to live. Thanks for your response. My girlfriend and I have become friends first before we became lovers.
I think it is a really strong relationship if it would start from
friendship. We have been friends for some 3 or 4 years before we became
lovers and I think this friendship helped us when we have problems.
We know each other very much now and we can easily handle our
differences in attitude and how to handle each other's temperaments.

Yes, my soon to be hubby is my best friend , and I would not have it any other way . He gets me like no one has ever and we have the best of times together . We have always had a deep connection since the first time we have met . Its funny how sometimes you are just drawn to someone

Yes I do, because no one really knows me better than him. I have a few other close friends but I am not the type of person to tell other people when I am in trouble/sad/ depressed/ etc. I keep things like that to myself. When I am around friends I don't like initiating drama. But my partner knows me inside-out so he knows when something is off. He also takes good care of me so he's really my best friend. We have been together 12 years :)

Yeah I would definitely say that my boyfriend is my best friend. We were very good friends before we had feelings for each other anyway, so with that foundation of friendship we are open about everything, and there is a great understanding that we have for each other, that many other best friends you would have in your life would just not understand as much. It is really nice to have someone in your life that fills both friend, and love aspects.

I do treat my partner as my best friend. We have been together for over five years now and I think he knows me better than anyone else.
He knows how I feel on certain issues before it materializes. He knows how I feel even without me talking about it, with just one look at me.

I would consider my boyfriend my best friend yes, But I also have my best friend gracie.. But my boyfriend and gracie are 2 diffrent types of best friends to me but I do love them both.
