Ok I have been watching all this carry on about deleted Discussions from a Member, breaking Rules, which we all do at times, this Person getting another Member banned, who by the way was also a Friend of mine, Discussions started about it at all times
Well I am going to say now I am fed up with it all
As you all might have noticed I am not here much because all this is getting to me and I am fed up with it
I have read Discussions about the carry on but not responded
Now I will say this and if some of my Friends want to delete me of their list then that is fine
We have reported People in the past for the same things, the Member that was banned is a good Friend of mine to and I miss her
But ................................. Why did it take a week for her to be banned after everything hit of?
It does not just take one report to get someone banned
If she would not have been our Friend and I do not care what anyone says, we would have reported the Member for that, no Arguments as we would have
I do not want to fall out with anyone, as I do not like falling out with People but this has gone to far, if everyone is honest, what you are all thinking is well she got our Friend banned so lets get her, but you have no proof that she got our lovely Friend banned, 100s of People would have read the Discussion and did not respond to it but more then likely reported it, also we know that this Member was being stalked by some Members on here and not the one that everyone is attacking by other Stalkers just like we where, so who is not to say that it was them that reported her and got her banned
Please everyone think about it and really I can not blame the Member who is now getting it from all sides that she has a complex when she sees a Discussion related that she thinks it is about her as I have seen a few that told me straight away it was about that incident
This is the only thing and last thing I will say about this, as I am looking at reality here, so if you do not agree and think that I am taking Sides, then fair do I am not taking Sides I am just pointing a few things out
And if you want to delete me for that or even have this Discussion deleted that is fine to
I have put my point across now and will disappear in the Background again
Sorry for this but I had to write it as a lot of People are being hurt here and it just does not seem to stop

Who has been banned? I have not been to active on mylot for awhile as I have had family sickness to contened with and illness my self. I have missed out what has happened. Its the same old story the ones here who are after money and not friendship makes it bad and good friends are no longer with us. There will just be the nasty ones left and there will be no more mylot?

Sorry to hear about all this Gabs. A friend of mine disappeared a while ago because a 'troll' was reporting his discussions and he got sick of it and made up a different ID. I haven't seen these discussions because I only really have tme to answer friends questions at the minute. For some reason a few people get pleasure from upsetting others. I do report discussions sometimes but only if I feel there is a good reason for it. I would rarely report a friend without contacting them first and letting them know they could be reported.

Actually some of us told a user to his face what was wrong with his discussions and why they were getting deleted,and he seems to have really made a turn around. It should all end that way, but does not.

well I must say I dont know who got banned but then I am not caught up so I havent missed any of my friends yet. but to be sure I havent sen what y;ll are talking about and to me this is petty and like schol kids .
All I have to say is got by the rukles if ya make a mistake on one write mylot about it and let them know it was a mistake DOnt go flying off the handle at each other we come here to have fun and meet great friends and I must have my head in the mud for I havent seen anything that would really warrent anyone gettihng banned .

Gabs I certainly would not delete your for saying waht you think. I must also say that I do not have a clue as to who or what you are talking about. So I must not be one of the "in" crowd which is just fine with me as I am tired of all the discussions about who reported who and what for.

Hi there Heather, no you are not involved at all, I kept my Mouth shut for the past weeks as it was going on, I did not want to be involved, but then I saw one Discussion, the Person is not on my Friends list and I just had to put my Point forward about the whole Situation, as I thought we where all Adults here
But know nothing to do with you lol

Oh dear twin, sadly a lot of people will be always hurt in places like this. WHile we thought the world in general and humans in particular were evolving, we unfortunately find out that the process should be called de- evolving instead.
I haven't been here enough to even know what has happened but it's something that is happening all the time in here, sometimes in a bigger scale, sometimes in a smaller one, but it will never stop. It won't stop because there's people here.A lot of people. And where there's people problems follow :)
It would be so nice if people were able to mind their own business, stop taking things too personally and just participated politely. But that won't happen ever, not only here but everywhere.There will always be those that even when asking for an opinion will disagree with the answers and feel it's their right to judge others.The righteousness thing. ANd then there will always be people that are vindicative enough to go out of their way to "punish" those who in their eyes are wrong and think that they have all the right to do so because they're.. right.
I've lost some friends here and in other places due to things like that and that's when I learned never to take anything personally in these places, and to make an effort to ignore them as much as I can.
That's what sometimes we do in class. Get all students to ignore the one that is acting up. It works because most people do things for the attention they're getting. No attention no special interest in acting up.
In any case, dear twin, please don't fade in the background, I love to be able to open my email and see your discussions :):):)

This fighting and bickering is not what the site is about. I am friends with both parties as well. I agree, it should and does take more than one person to get someone banned, in fact the person could be noted by admin, and get banned with no help from anyone else. The person who starts discussions is honest, and straightforward about things, and tells people what she is doing, it is the trolls that are dishonest and will downrate, report, and otherwise dog people until they are completely beaten down. I have tried to stay out, and think I have done okay, but at least two discussions on this topic were probably deleted, cause my points went down. I will not be surprised if this one is as well, so I will just do an extra bit to make up for it. Have a good day, Gabs.

I am not in the loop for this but I do know who had her account deleted, and whose account was banned
I am tired of all this bull crap, I don't get involved with this stuff,
and you are absolutely right,
there are thousands of people who are on this site and anyone one of them could have complained and had somebody banned.
You are right most of these people complaining it was not fair, would have reported a stranger in a minute.
Rules are rules and whether we agree with them or not it is mylot's rules,
look at me, they deleted my stories that everyone liked, but apparently it was against the rules, so I took it in stride.
time is too short, life is too short, to sweet the small stuff,
as for the one that left in disgust
I had nothing against her, never reported her, but took her off my connection list
because she never responded to my discussions,
openly publicized often how many people she was deleting because they never responded to her discussions when I responded to several every single day,
and had nerve to say in discussions that she had trouble finding good discussions to respond to,
well you know me gabs, you know the kind of discussions I put up, she never responded to mine, so that says I did not have any good discussions, by her own words in one of her discussion post, she was having problems finding good discussions to respond to.
If that is not an insult what is,
so I deleted her as a friend,
go out and stalk her after that,
hey I am a lady, I have more integrity and self respect than that.
I wish other people would have to.

But they don't and I have seen some of the awful Discussions started about her specially by one Person, I sat back said nothing but then I got angry at that one Discussion I stumbled across yesterday and I just had to put my point across

Hi Gaby,
This is the old circle coming back again. I think the chronic complainers who stalk people and get their discussions deleted and ban the other members should be also punished. This is the reason why my wife left these sites in the first place and refuses to come back even with pleading to get her back. I do not know why people have to be cruel and rude. My opinion is that If you do not like what a person says or their view point then delete them as a friend and leave them alone.

A lot of people get fed up here and say they are going to leave for good. I read some of the other responses in this discussion and I think one said the person you are speaking of (and I think I know who that is) has asked to be deleted. A lot of people change their minds, perhaps this person shall too.

I am so sorry that people have to be so mean. I am glad that I am not involved in any of that. Why do people have to attack on another I do not understand this. Aren't most of us adults shouldn't we have been taught to get along.

I am upset as it should have never got this far
A Discussion I saw yesterday did it for me
To openly announce that this Person was stalking the other Member and going to make sure she gets banned really did it as that is just terrible to be like that
I know a few of the others laid of but one Person who is not on my Friends List would not let go and that is why the other Member did not let go

it makes me feel just like you feel.The stuff that has been going on is just like kids in high school,its petty and childish
and vindictive. thats not what I came to mylot for, I came here because I met such a lot of wonderful people, including you and Gissi and Mooch too, and Loved to respond to all your discussions and make a few of my own. Now we have had all'
this turmoil and as you say a lot of people got hurt. Couldnt

I completely agree with you Gabs - well done for saying it. I won't pretend that your friend who has just closed her account was my favourite person on here but I thought a lot of the comments left on her discussion yesterday were childish and unnecessary and I also think it's disgraceful that someone has been driven from this place in those circumstances. MyLot is getting far too cliquey - I hope the people responsible are pleased with themselves now anyway. Well, I'm sure they will be - they probably don't have the common sense to feel embarassed or sorry anyway.

All I can say, is this has become totally Crazy, and for what? Just because some people post a thing or two on here that others might not always agree with, and for what. I personally get a long with a lot of different people in here, and have never cared what background, etc. Even if I do not always agree with everything here, I feel we all have a right to voice our opinion as well. For all of this fighting, and bickering and name calling to go on, and make people loose faith in this site is Crazy. There are a lot of us who have helped make this site what it is today, and wish that people would not try to always run off someone just because they do not always agree.
Are we not supposed to be Adults, and have Fun?

Yes we are Krause and as you say a few of have made this Site what it is as we have been here from near the Start and I hate seeing how bad things get here specially when it is about Friends

Hey ya Gabs, I guess i am not sure who you guys are discussing here , but i have been away so much that I miss out on alot. I am sorry to hear all this happened once again on Mylot. This use to be a great place to come and find out other peoples thoughts on things, not to be judged and such.
I seriously wish that people would read the rules and do everything perfect , but as humans we arent. But we are also obligated to report somethings. And discussions bashing people are the most horrible thing you can do to a person. Kind of like walking into a room and knowing everyone is talking about you because they shut up and look at you .Or hearing your name whispered behind a hand.

I know you're not taking sides hon. This is a situation that is escalating way too much, and I just wish everyone here could just enjoy the site and let bygones be bygones. I'm not taking sides on this either. In fact, I'm doing my level best to remain neutral in the whole thing. If I didn't I think I would have a permanent migraine...and that's not a pretty thought. Hi Gabs, I seriously do not know that this stuff's happening here (maybe I'm still an 'infant' in myLot age); I've always thought that this forum is for mature discussion (no getting angry, revengeful, etc), and making friends. I'm fortunate that most of the myLotters I came across are nice, helpful and polite people; so I'm really shocked that so many things were happening!

It is a not a bad Site but there People just do not like it when an honest Opinion is voiced and they will attack that Person and this is not the only Incident just the first time it happened among my Friends
Do not be put of by this I have a great lot of Friends on here and love them to bits and we stick with each other but this certainly shocked me for some of my Friends to fall out that bad
