Signing in to the new Mylot format..

I have had trouble signing in to Mylot since they implemented the new format for the last 2 or 3 days.. My son finally got my Aol set up on Firefox and I have finally gotten to stay on long enough to respond to a few discussions, but I am having trouble doing it on on Aol alone.. I can't sign in to mylot on Aol at all.. Josh did set my account up on Firefox and so far, so good, but I am a creature of habit and have always used Aol, even if we do have the high speed, My home page has always been Aol.. Now since the Mylot format has changed, I can't get signed into Mylot at all.. I did go to a page where I could email them and did email them 3 different times, but haven't heard back from them.. Has anyone else had trouble signing on to Mylot since the format change?? If so, did you get through to Mylot and did you get a response.. If anyone can help, I would prefer to go back to my Aol and use it, but if not, I am stuck with Firefox for mylot.. So, my question is has anyone had trouble signing on to their mylot account..

I am using Internet Explorer and so far(Knock on wood!) I have not had any problems signing into the new format that Mylot has. I have used Firefox in the past, actually until last month I had used Firfox for 2 years. It is a great browser to use.

I am not sure what it was but this is the first time that I have been able to get on here.. I honestly have been so busy for the last month that I didn't have time to keep on fooling with it, but when I finally had time and tried it this evening, it let me back on.. I have a lot of catching up to do now.. Thanks for the response, Donna

I have had no issues actually signing in to myLot (Using Firefox browser) but the issue I have of the site constantly logging off is still there. To be honest I have not had a chance to email myLot about it as I have been traveling; but I do know that others have faced the same issues so assumed that somebody else may have emailed them already. The problem is still there so maybe none of these logging off questions have been dealt with yet either? Changing site formats pretty much always presents browser compatibility issues. I hope for your sake that they DO fix it then because I too am a creature of habit and like to stick with what I know!

I am so much a creature of habit and don't like anything to throw monkey wrenches in my way.. I have finally gotten back on here tonight (4 weeks later) and hope it continues to work for me.. I honestly don't know what happened to make it work but I am no knocking it.. Thanks for the response and good luck with your logging off problem..

I haven't had a problem and I use AOL all the time. I'm not sure what could be wrong...

I've not signed out of myLot yet, as I've only used it on my own laptop. I AM having difficulties getting used to the new format though. I'm not sure why it's better really.

I haven't had trouble signing in at home or at other places, but I have had problems staying logged in. Sometimes, I will respond to a discussion and then it would ask me to log in each time. Luckily, I haven't lost anything that I've written. What a bummer that you're having trouble logging in. I hope you get it resolved soon. I think they're still making changes with the site and maybe it will improve.

I haven't answered many discussions on Firefox yet, but I do hope I can get the hang of it before long.. I did respond to one just a few minutes ago and it asked me to sign in again, so I signed in and it took me to the last page where all of my response was still there, I didn't have to retype anything for that one, but Aol just loses all of whatever I have typed.. I hope they get the bugs out soon as if is frustrating.. Thanks for the response..

I've had no trouble signing in. In fact, I didn't realize it had changed or was changing until I read the Alert about the change. I don't understand, though, why so much trouble signing in since the address has not changed. I don't use AOL, so I don't know why they would have any trouble with keeping you from signing in to the same URL that you've always logged into. Have you contacted AOL to see what the problem is from their end?

I hadn't thought of that yet about contacting Aol.. I just assumed it was due to the changes in the Mylot format.. I am going to be doing a bit of my work on Firefox, if I can get used to it, but I really do prefer Aol, as I have used it for many, many years.. It is just the signing in problem that is driving me crazy.. Thanks for the response..
