Tips on wieght loss...Help I need it!!!

I weigh 145 lbs. now & I gain so much weight in just 6 mos. Please help me, I need some diet plan plus exercise...I've got to lose some extra weight...I've been hypertensive again & in a month I should lose few lbs. Help me please!

Hello arielle,try 3 hour diet system.Studies show that,eating the right foods every three hours made up of smaller meals, not only lowers the level of cortisol which is the belly bulging hormone but,this also reduce levels of cholesterol too.Eat every three hours,start one hour from rising,stop eating three hours before going to bed.Eat breakfast at seven in the morning have snack at ten,eat lunch at one o'clock and have another snack at four and finally take your dinner at seven.This is a perfect schedule.try this and remember to exercise.no excuses.keep healthy and cheers...

Don't push yourself to this arielle love.It is important to ease into exercise and take it one step at a time.You'll gradually lose weight and grow physically stronger. I wish you all the best..cheers...

Drastically reduce your intake of food. Cut your meals in half - not the number of meals a day but the quantity in each meal. Drink just water - nothing else but water. Cut out the obvious fattening type of foods and drinks. Very hard to do but it does work.

Tnx, actually I'm a vegetarian & I love fish & rarely eat chicken 7 meat but I eat too much bread & rice (1 cup) so I guess that makes me fat, too much bread & rice.

You got weight but not like mine.lol Ok this might help: 1. Walk at least 30 mins every day 2. Reduce the consumption of food you eat by 1/2 3. Do some free hand exercise 4. I possible walk twice a day
