Im practicing some dance steps aside from practicing martial arts and its funny coz sometimes my rhythm is off and I cant just follow the dance steps. I think dancing is one way of relaxation and fitness.

If Im not mistaken, the last time I run was when our neighbor's dog ran after me and tried to have a bite. Other than, the next best thing is jog in place when I exercise.

arielle_love Tnx, actually I'm a vegetarian & I love fish & rarely eat chicken 7 meat but I eat too much bread & rice (1 cup) so I guess that makes me fat, too much bread & rice.

arielle_love I drive slower at night. Driving at night for me is much harder rather than daytime & I often go out at night so I'm not use in driving at nighttime.

arielle_love Stressful & headache!!! Very high price of gasoline kills our economy & working hard to earn money only gives us too much stress. Well to cope up with the issue, I make sure that we use the suv less so we can save a lot.
