I watched this season of Ultimate fighter, and while I pretty much feel that Dana White is a toolbag, I respected his decision to oust Jesse Taylor from the UFC based on his behavior while drinking in Las Vegas. SO HOW IS HE BACK?? I thought about writing an angry letter to Dana White, but then I'd be an old lady shaking my fist at a cloud and wasting a lot of time doing it. But is anybody else really annoyed?

Jesse Taylor is a toolbag that makes MMA look aweful. He has the frat guy mentality and it scares me he has a kid. But the UFC is a business and its all about what the bigger draw is and not necessarily what is best for the sport. The shows premise is to see who is the best fighter out of the group that was chosen to be on the show. Since he was a finalist and was unable to compete there was still speculation on who the best fighter that season was. They had him fight the person who replaced him ,CB, to flush out all doubts on who was the best that season. This was also so the UFC could push the fight to viewers of the show in hopes that they will choose to watch their program instead of the new Affliction promotion's premier telecast. I personally dont think Dana White cares what his fighters do outside the ring as long as they are able to give a good performance inside the ring. Jesse was kicked out for his actions because it gave them more drama for their reality show.

You make a great point, and I think that is the core of my disapproval. Dana White made a stand against that behavior on moral ground, then threw it away to make money. And that's despicable. So hopefully his ploy didn't work, and people DID watch the Affliction fights. I would rather support Affliction, whose owner stands for something, than the UFC run by a "man" like Dana White.
