An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class. -------------------------------------------- That class had insisted that...

soooobored That's a cute story! Most college professors do follow a "socialist" regimen, adjusting grades to that everyone fits into a clean bell curve, so I guess it's not that black and white?

soooobored The census takers are just doing their jobs. Right now they are surveying, verifying addresses. The bulk of the census information gathering will happen next year, but there is work being done now. People should be more respectful to the census employees, they...

How would you go about such a thing you reckon? Would you even NEED to go to a store that sells windows to window shop for windows? You wouldn't think so! I'm happy to have gotten that off my chest 'cos it's been bothering me...

I think it's funny how those people that just can't help themselves but post every article bashing Sarah Palin somehow missed this one. "The Federal Election Commission has dismissed a complaint over the $150,000-plus designer...

soooobored I just plum don't care about Sarah Palin. I think anybody spending that much money on clothes is absurd, but I don't find it criminal. Had she been buying an outfit, wearing it once, and returning it I would care, because then someone is at risk of wearing...

soooobored No matter what, the attorney should defend his or her client the best s/he can. If there is no defense, then it's a guilty plea. If there is a defense, like reasonable doubt, then its pursued. I don't think there's anything morally wrong with it (some lawyers...
