Hi ya kenchiprincess
I like my tea, hot, milky and two sugars. I also like earl grey tea and have it the same. I don't like herbal tea much as I like to have it with sugar and I don't think you should have. It's like having a bar of chocolate with a diet cola.

I drink tea in the afternoons. I like it plain tea with sugar, no honey , no cream. I drink green Chinese and Japanese tea too every day.

I like mine with sugar or honey but mostly with sugar. I only put honey in it when I am sick or my throat hurts.

I drink hot tea when i feel tired or headache. I rarely take cold tea.
