It comes from Mc D. I brought some this morning it is good and only 99 cents, I usually buy it every day and it is really healthy, let me tell you what it has in it. I has fresh fruit straw-berries, and blue berries. mix with Yorgert and some of those granoloes. Another thing about Yorgert It is good for a lot of things, good for keep down body oders? I just seen that on T.V. a few weeks ago. Genogolist said this. You know where I am talking about? anyway what other things is this product good for? Calicim too.

Hi ya marciascott
Yes, plain yogurt is good for thrush but not the fruit variety, not that I would know through experience! My kids eat a lot of plain yogurt mainly on rice but they eat it out of the pot too. They also like the yogurt in tubes which are great for freezing ready for those hot days. sorry am I getting off the beaten track ooooops!! LOL

It is pretty good. It has 160 calories for 5.3 oz so I would rather have a Dannon Light & Fit yogurt with only 60 calories for 6 oz.
FYI
EXERCISE REQUIRED
To burn the calories in this food you could do any of the following:
44 mins of walking
18 mins of jogging
13 mins of swimming
24 mins of cycling

I have had their parfait a few times and it is okay. As long as you get the small one the calories and whatnot aren't bad either. Since they don't use a lowfat yogurt you do have to watch out on the larger size.
Yogurt is also good for warding off yeast infections, keeping your digestive tract health, and your colon working properly.

Wow, sounds delicious and healthy. McD in Singapore don't have these stuffs, or else I'd love to try them. 99c will only get us a small ice cream cone here. The only healthier option comes in a cup of corn. Wish they'd have healthier options in the menu in future. Yes yogurt is rich in calcium since it's made from milk, unfortunately I can't really have too much since I'm slightly allergic to milk.

I really don't care for McD's. There's not much there that I will pay for or eat. When I bring my kids there, I don't really buy anything for myself - which is unusual .. Me not buy food? Anyways, this is definitely my fav thing to get from there, this and the Sweet Tea (lite ice, no lemon) - which is only a dollar. The parfait is actually a dollar where I live, but it is worth it. The thing that I feel the best about when I eat it is the blueberries. Blueberries have often been referred to as a superfood because it's so good for you. Great antioxidant also. I've also heard that yogurt is good for yeast infections and digestive health. The thing about yogurt is that the really tasty ones, which are not lowfat, are full of sugar.

Hey Marcie, How are you doing? Things are good in my neck of the woods. I am really glad you eat your parfeit everyday, we don't want you stinky (you know where), hehe. I have never had McD parfeit, I do go there that much. You are right about all the ingredients being very healthy for you. Lots of the fast food places are trying to provide healthier food. People are tired of eating the same old junk food everyday. I do like to have a Big Mac every now and then, fries too, yummy.
