Are you an emotional person?

What would you do when you are in bad mood? Do you easily get affected by your mood? Can you manage your temper well enough so that it won't affect others? I find it very hard to manage my own temper. I can easily get angry and burst out my temper simply to anyone around me. I know people around me will think that I am an unreasonable and bad tempered person. But I just cannot control my own emotion. What should I do? Do you have the same problem as me? Please share,thanks.

ya,i find it very difficult to manage my temper but i regret it later,so i try slleeping and deep breathing.

have you tried having a cold water shower? It will cool you down so you can thing about everything even better. It works for me.

well, I am a controlled person actually, and because I am so phlegmatic, I don't really take something personally. When I had troubles and my mood is affected, I usually spend my time alone, and that helps me alot. But you are just sound like my GF. When she got angry, or she had a bad mood, she will kept complaining and talk bad with anyone. Not a good habit actually, but she tried to change a little. And if she can do it, I believe you can do it too. Well, first of all, knowing yourself that you have such a habit is a good start. Have a willing to change into a better person is just a step further. You can start to count to ten everytime you want to say anything bad or burst your anger. I believe it will be hard on the first time. You will be very tempted to go back to your old habit, but trust me, once you can conquer your will to explode, you can do it in another time. yeah, at least that way you won't hurt anyone around you when you are in a bad mood and feel like want to beat someone up. Well, I really need to be alone when I am in a bad mood, at least until the my mood come back to normal

same here, I sometimes can't control my emotions especially if I am so angry that I wanted to scream, I wanted to fly into range, I wanted to have a fight with someone.... what I did is to cry until I can't cry no more.. then, I'll call my boyfriend and tell him what I feel.. I'll talk til no words came out. after that, I'll be silent for a while.. pray and put all those emotions into sleep..

I am easily affected. I am emotional. when i am in a bad mood i chose not to meet anyone and keep it to myself. I am not very open to others and the people who are very very close to me only get to know when i am in bad mood. if i am forced to be with people in bad mood then i will try my best to cover it up and pretend as if nothing happened and most of the times i even succeed in doing so.

Dear yenwie;at first,don't be worried there is nothing we can't tidy over.Maybe you should learn to control your temper. sometime i am also easyly get into temper but a fews seconds goes by i will for my repemtance.so when i am going to be hot i will told me that i should be quite,than maybe i can success to do that,Mabybe is usefull to you have a try

...im so emotional....everytime my temper is so high...i simply burst it to my special friend because i know that she understands me...making small issue big...blaaahblaaah...and after that..we're ok...as if nothing happened...i think it's better to burst it with your close friends who really can understand you and knows you're weakness...

Sometimes I get to be moody and when I am in a bad mood, I don't want disturbance around me because it will really irritate or annoy me. What I do is, I just go somewhere, in a place I could meditate and take my time alone. In that case, I wont affect the people around me, specially those people who care about me. After all the meditation, that's the time that I could put myself back and face whatever situation there is. I believe that you could control your temper and emotions. You may try what I did and see if it works for you. I hope it will.

I am always in control and it would be a cold day in hell when I am angry or out of control. I hate being out of control because it is a very weak state. When you are emotionally-inclined, anyone can just play you and provoke you into doing something rash which you will later regret. Cheers!!

i also tend to get angry most of the times in the day but also i tend to cool down very soon after i get angry, which many people take advantage of. but sometimes when i get very angry i really look to stay alone for some time and don't like to be disturbed at that time.

May be underneath im a fairly emotional person, but on the surface no you would nt ever think that I was,im not hard by any means ,but in the work I used to do I had to control my emotions,and when you have trained yourself to keep your emotions in check then its very hard to suddenly reverse the situation and to start wearing your heart on your sleeve

I am a very emotional person. I cry very easily and my feelings get hurt pretty easily too. I can't hide my feelings at all. If someone is around me there is no way I could pretend to be feeling a different way then I am.

i think iam emotional some times.. but iam not a person like you. i can control my temper always.. my friends told me that i am not a hot tempered person.. i think that they are right.. when you are getting angry try to be calm and try to think why you are angry .. then maybe you'll find the answers..

I usually sleeps at 2-3 am at night and not more than 4-5 hours I can sleep everyday. But in the weekend I took the revenge on my busy lifestyle and enjoys a huge sleep. lol

lol, I have go through an discussion and respond another one. Actually I think emotion is the only thing which made us special in other thousand species. So being emotional is not bad but not like emotional fools.

yes i am, sometimes it affects me a lot.. most of the time not, i always trying to look things to do to divert my emotions. sometimes i go to malls, watching movies and eat a lot of foods i want.. sometimes when i am really on a bad mood, i always remain silence, i pray and leaving the house.. window shopping makes me feel better and also prayer.

Well if you refer being moody as being emotional here then yes I am a very emotional girl.. But I always call myself more of a moody person. I do get temper easily but I can control it if I can't then according to situation I sometimes let it out and sometimes I myself get out!! I am an emotional eater I eat a lot to calm my self down.. but sometimes even that doesn't work You should think about what is really bothering you and try to talk it out. This is a really good habit. You have to think and analyze the situation ..if it can improve by your anger or not. but most of the times things can not be improved by just being temperamental .. I am also not saying that just stay away from getting angry but rather take a decision of what is more important that getting angry and messing things up more..!! always look for how to improve things. If something got wrong then try to focus more on the solution not anger.. Be smart.

When I am in a bad mood, I easily get affected. I am short tempered person I get angry very easily sometimes due to this I also hurt others.I just cant control my emotion my husband always ask me to calm down and relax for sometime he asks me to change my self and dont get angry soon, I am working on this .

hey!i'am emotional person also.if im angry i can't control because it's really difficult for me to handle the situition when you are in a bad mood.you can voice out some hurt word that you don't mean it.but after a while if i'm already calm i will think about what i've done.then, if i was wrong i ask forgiveness about my rectless attitude.i think i was so dominant when i get angry.i was trying my very best to change that attitude because i don't want to hurt the people around me special those people that i love so much.i read some books about how to control your attitude.i recommend you to read a book about "spiritual character".it's really help you alot.am!it"s up to you if you want my advice my deaR,.

hi friend, i am an emotional person.sometime i do get affected by others emotionaslly. i feel others problem and then find myself over there so it makes me very helpful. sometime it creates lots of problems which i am facing these days. but still i cant stop my emotion.lets see how god helps me out.

Hi friend i will keep silent while in bad mood. I never talk with any body on that time other wise i will go to my bed and i will cry for some time then i can feel better. Ya offcourse i never hurt any body from my feelings.
