Do you take precautionary care to health or treat after being diseased?

I'm very particular about my diet and my family's. We always have a restricted use of oil, ghee, butter and many more fatty items. But I have seen people who use these products abundantly not caring about their health. When they get sick or diseased they get a treatment. What kind of person are you? Do you cultivate healthy practices in your daily life? Or be lenient in diet issues and get treated later?

sugar and lead a fairly normal life. I eat lots of
veggies and fruit, lean meat, chickedn fish, lo fat
dairy and lotsof whole grains too. What little fat I use
is olive oil, avocadoes and nuts. Iam concerned about my'
health and eat right.

Hello, smily! It is better to take proper care of our health when we are perfectly in order.so we must take adequate care for the foods we eat every day.In my family, myself and my wife,or quite old and living alone so we consume only the balanced nutritional diets everyday prepared at home either by me or my wife.we consume one liter oil every month.our diet is fat, salt and sugar restricted.we never eat outside or in parties.so we seldom go to the doctors health checkups.thanx.
