Now, as much as I like Colm, having 'Mr. White' from Reservoir Dogs play Gene instead of Chief O'Brien from Star Trek? Can't say I don't consider that a major improvement... :) Any thoughts on this?

Oh wow! While I don't dislike Colm, I wasn't particularly thrilled with him in the role of Gene Hunt. Keitel, though. Wow. If they can work Ray and Chris back in, this show could work.

Yeah, it's definitely a BIG step in the right direction. Dunno if he'll beat Philip McGlenister, though. ;)
