I am finally getting used to my lap top and I love it. I still use my desktop because the keyboard is larger. I take my lap top everywhere with me. I have found that so many places offer free wireless internet. Do you use a lap top or a desk top computer?

I am using my desktop right now, as my power cord, transformer for my laptop needs replaced. Maybe some other things as well. We have been in a low cash flow position, so we cannot get it taken care of it right now. I like each for different reasons.

I use both lap top and desktop computers. To school I take the lap top. But at home I prefer to use the desktop. I only use my laptop if I can not reach my desktop. I feel more comfortable typing in the desktop keyboard.

I mostly use my desktop. Because I rarely leave the house, and have no intention to go surfing outside of the house, I don't carry my laptop with me. Usually the only time the laptop is used is when I'm using the computer and someone has to use it, I'll use the laptop to give way.

I use my laptop computer. I love it!! I take my laptop with me to the coffee shop (actually I'm drinking peppermint tea today, no caffeine...would the people at my husband's church approve of that? :)) It's chaper or me to use the wireless internet here than it is o use it at home. I love my laptop and I love my coffee shop.

I have both. I've grown up with a desktop, jobs, personal, friends and family all use them. We just got a laptop but haven't ventured out to check the wifi feature. I'm still getting use to having a portable computer. Do you know how that works, I'm a little s l o w when it comes to computer functions.

I have both a desktop and laptop. I use my laptop mostly. But I also use a wireless mouse with it since I don't like the mouse in the laptop. I just can't get the cursor to move like I can with a mouse. I keep my desktop for use when the grandkids are around and occasionally I back up Quicken on it or my genealogy programs. I do take my laptop with me sometimes, but I've never used it where they have internet connection, like a coffeeshop. I have taken it to the Genealogy Library in the local college, but their internet is restricted to students and faculty. I seem to be online, but can't get out on the Internet without a password, which I do not have.
