The translation goes like this.. "Warning plastikkposer can be dangerous. in oder to avoid kveldning , hold this the bag away from babies and children.." and the language is norwegian

It looks like Swedish or Norwegian, but I am not sure. I can't find a translation, though. It could also be Icelandic. It's definitely Germanic based.

i have no idea what it says,but it looks like some kind of nordic/swedish dialect. i'd run it through babel.com if nobody knows.

From the response above, I would guess that Plastikkposer means plastic bags and kveldning means suffocation.

I am finding this discussion really late, so you have probably received an answer by now, but from here it looks a lot like Danish, Swedish or Noregian. I don't know what it means, but that is what it looks like to me.

It looks like Dutch to me! I can not tell you what it means. It looks like some kind of Germanic language anyway.
