giving up everything

Australia

So here's how it works. I was born and raised in San Diego, California, U.S.A. I've lived there for all all my life of 38 years. And now my wife and I have moved to her hometown in Tasmania, Australia. I litterly packed up everything and sold the excess. I'm a little nervous and as I believe in God I feel that this was his will. Tell me have you ever done anything so radical and what did you do. And are you still there now.

I have never done such a thing but I'm sure tempted to! I could give up most of my belongings without regret, but would keep the things that were my mother's. I wish you all the best in your new home.

Thanks for the response. I would suggest if you can move do so. It's a great experience to try something new and exciting. Just make sure you plan.
