Men or women who is more likely to cheat?

In your opinion/experience who is more likely to cheat on a significant other men or women?
Which is more likely to have a full blown affair rather than a dalliance or an "arrangement"?
Who is more promiscuous homosexual or heterosexual parners who are in an established relationship? (keep it clean! and be nice!)
Who is more likely to admit their infidelity to their mate, men or women?
If any of these questions offend I apologize in advance. Please do not post offensive or abusive responses, I am legitimately seeking the answers to these questions for an article that I am writing.

Cheating your mate or partner has nothing to do with your gender. Anyone, be it a man or woman can cheat the other fellow, depending upon so many factors. Men are generally found to be having more full blown affair. No one either a man or a woman, who is cheating her/his partner going to admit infidelity easily.
What is your own opinion about the issue under consideration.

we can't tell who is more likely to cheat. men or women are the same cheaters i guess. there is no perfect person in this world.

I honestly dont think that cheating is reserved for any specific group really...i mean there are so many various factors that come into play when a person cheats and those factors are never the same with any two ppl if that makes sense....other than things like location maybe or career etc...but as far as the actually reasons I think they vary as much as the ppl...I also dont think that either gender is more inclined to admit to cheating either....

i must say that its not any criteria
it depend on relegion, region, culture, socity, upbringing, peerr group. as we have examples of sincerity and loyality from Both Gender
so i would say its not gender, its not nature, its apptitude u got develop due to various circumstances.

Both. It's the time and situation which make people to cheat other. That may be men or women. Both of them have feelings, emotions and thinking power. So it may be anyone.

As stated above, there will always be cheaters in both genders. I've never cheated on anyone, whereas nearly all of my ex girlfriends have cheated on me. I'm convinced there are some decent women out there somewhere, though. :)

its a tough one, very hard to figure out. I think cheaters are there in both genders and they have been there since time immemorial. Only now ppl have gotten more smart without retribution. they do it smartly without any remorse.
This is sad!
