I agree it is a very good song and it has a great meaning behind it and it shows how fast time flies by,and maybe if more people listen to this great song,they will slow down and enjoy life,especially if they have children because things are always changing whether we like it or not,and the best thing to do is take life one day at a time,instead of hurrying through it.

I haven't heard the song yet, but those words really are true.

i love this song! i am a freshman in college and this song made me cry the first like 10 times i heard it. because you never really realize how time flies until someone reminds you to think of it. i remember thinking "i cant wait to leave home and live on my own" and now i miss home so much and wish i could go back to high school. it scares me knowing that in a few years, i will be on my own working in the adult world and starting a life on my own. its crazy how fast time goes by, and its insane when you realize your not a kid anymore. this is what this song did to me. im going to listen to it right now!

i also like this song but it is not among the list of my favorite songs that trace adkins sings i like the more upbeat songs of his but i do think that the song is just so true with life both the chorus and the verses of the songs i remember when i was a little girl i could not wait to grow up and be off on my own but now i am wishing that i could go back and do it all over again i think people should try to make the most of life it will be gone before they know it
