i think this all depends on your body structure. i have a sister who is really cant just diet her body needs to go to the gym to lose weight. i on the other side i follow after six and i pig out once a week. i also walk mostly and do some dancing at home. i eat a balanced diet of friuts, meats and veggies but when 6pm is here i no longer eat anything. if i get hungry i can grab a fruit or just drink milk. that is my way of losing p[ounds and mainting my currrent pounds... but holidays are always an exeption lol

How many pounds did you lose in after six diet? before i also tried that but unfortunately i stopped because of my schedule..so i broke that diet..maybe if i have time i will go to the gym..Sometimes..when there is occassion i can't eat that much because i'm seeing different kind of food so i feel like i'm always full..lol
thanx for sharing..good day!

The video presentation above shows you some unique and rare tips on how to release your cellulite, for a sexy lower-body. This is based on true physiological science on how to stop the actual CAUSE of all the unattractive, mushy dimples and saggy shadows in your lower-body trouble-spots and problem areas. *And if you also have any excess, unhealthy body-fat, then the moves highlighted above will help burn it off, giving you tightly-toned and super-smooth lower-body. Remember: Watch the whole video, as the ending will pleasantly surprise you…

I avoid processed foods, white flours and sugars. It works for me. I have adopted this as a way of life, which is what any diet should be a permanent way of eating. If you diet to lose and then go back to your bad habits, you are doing you body more harm than good. I also not not eat low fatas that is a farce, you body needs fats. When it does not get any it actually makes cholesterol.
