Big Brother 10: America's Player has been given his first task!

So, we all know that Dan's first task will be to try to get someone nominated. Who do you think it is. I know! Do you want to know? If not, you know what not to do!
So, it would seem that America asked Dan to try to get Jessie nominated. He spoken to April a few times now about her putting Jessie up on the block.
It seems that America...duh...can't stand Jessie! LOL!
I sort of wish that his task was to try to get Libra up on the block. Oh well! Jessie will do for now! LOL!
What do you all think? I know some of you would like to see Jessie stay based on his entertainment value and, the fact that he might be a great person to teach the other alliance a lesson! And, I know others want to see Libra, Jerry, Renny, Memphis or Keesha go first. I am fine really, as long as Michelle doesn't go. I am finding that she is about the only one who I am actively rooting for...at least for now. But, my mind might change. After all, I think my mind might be changing about Memphis right now. So, I am leaving my options...as few as there are...open right now! LOL!
Did you all vote on who you wanted Dan to try to get nominated? I didn't. I rarely vote for anything on BB unless I feel strongly enough that I need to help someone. I think I actually voted a few times back when Eric was America's player, for a few of his tasks in season 8. Did anyone vote for who they wanted to be America's Player this time around. I didn't vote for that either. I am alright with Dan. I am sort of on the fence about him so, maybe this will help me land on one side of the other. We'll see.
If you didn't vote, who would you have voted for him to try to get nominated if you had decided to vote?
I think I might have voted for him to try to get Libra up there.

i was so hoping Jesse was going last night, and after seeing last nights episode I dislike him even more. His treatment of Libra was so juvenile and rude. Who does things like that other then a 12 year old Bully? Off with his head I say!
This bunch of housemates are not likeable... I feel some compassion for Renny, but is that enough to root for? Michelle I am still on the fense about, like you I have changed my mind about Memphis, I did not like at all the way he blew a gasket at Jerry, to fast and was acting like he was going to do physical harm... That is just scary.

Oh cortjo, it is not that I like or care for Libra, I just found his offenses very immature.... I just do not like Jesse I suppose.... Nor do i Libra for that mtter.

LOL! I don't feel bad for Libra. She has caused so much trouble and, I hold her responsible for Steven's eviction so, I like to see her get a little of what she deserves! LOL! But, I respectfully appreciate your opinion about it! LOL!
But, I do think that Jessie needs to go. I don't want him to win it and, if they are not careful, he might.
It is funny how my opinions about people like Renny, Michelle and Memphis have changed like they have. But, then again...that wouldn't be the first time. LOL! And, I may change my mind about them again! LOL!

I missed this post... sorry. Wow- cool I guess America really dislikes Jessie- I know I do! I dislike Libra as well!
I'm starting to not like Michelle either--- but I'm on the fence with her.
I'm still rooting for Dan- he seems to be staying out of the drama for now.. :)

LOL! No problem. I went through a rather large Big Brother 10 discussion starting frenzy. They were pretty busy doing stuff to talk about on Friday! LOL!
I would love to watch Libra's smug butt leave soon! As for Jessie, he has his usefulness right now if he can get his act together. I want to see him wipe Libra, Keesha and April from the house. Other than that, I want him gone too.
I am on Team Michelle now. LOL! She and Dan are about the only two people in the house that I want to see win.

Well I had hoped America would have done something to stir things up I mean most the house is against Jessie already so why focus on him. he should have went after i dont know ollie as no one would have suspected that lol. I want to see some stirring up in the house. I didnt vote as i wasnt paying 99 cents to text a silly vote. i didnt see if they had it online to vote.

It would have been nice for us to have Dan stir some stuff up! LOL! And, I don't really want to spend 99 cents on a text either and, I also don't know if we could have voted online.
Jessie, while annoying, is too easy. Even suggesting it to April won't cause any ruffles for Dan. But, then again...if we voted him as AP, that likely means he is a fan favorite and, those that voted for him wouldn't want to get him into any trouble, potentially causing trouble for him in the future of the game.
So, no stirring. No ruffles. Ugh! I want to get this party started. If I can't have anyone I really want to root for in the house anymore, than I at least want to see anger, passion...not April and Ollie passion...fight fueled fiesty mad passion, and massive arguments where everyone starts yelling at everyone.

Shoot! Last night I was upstairs when they said to vote. I was going to vote online first thing this morning and I forgot!!
Anyway, if I HAD voted I would have voted for Libra. That wouldn't look too obvious for Dan. Thank God America disn't vote for Ollie- that would have put ol' Danny in quite a pickle, trying to convince April to put her boy up!
Anyway, I saw on one of the BB sites that as of last night during the HOH comp, the houseguests are already speculating that Dan is America's Player. Because he was being real loud and screaming while they were all up on the wall. I hope the America's Player deal doesn't mess things up for Dan!

I read that too about Dan. But, they have been suspecting that he is the twist since long before we were even told that we would be getting an America's Player. He and Memphis are under speculation and have been for a couple weeks now. People in the house are very suspicious of both of them so, being AP doesn't help Dan since he is already under a microscope. LOL!

YEA! another one of BB..ok I never voted kept fogetting and would never have picked Dan for the player and tried to vote last night but after April won i got upset and went to bed missing BBAD..so your discussions always get me back..lol..I don't like Jessie but am one of those that like his entertainment cause i can't tolerate the others..I would have voted for Libra gone.

LOL! I think I went to bed after finding out April won too. It seems that sleep was a way to escape our sorrow! LOL!
I don't think I would have voted Dan as AP either. Not sure who I would have chosen but, not him. And, I would have voted for Libra as well.
So, it looks like a lot of people don't like Jessie but, like his pure entertainment value. What a predicament. LOL!

say either Jessie or Libra! Can't stand either one of them!
Have a question though. What if someone wants to put Dan up?
Does being America's choice keep him automatically safe?
I don't know how that works. I forgot. Anway, I really am
not enjoying this season at all. I just can't get into it like
I usually do. I am really not sure who I'm rooting for. At
this time I usually would have a favorite, but I just really
don't care. That's not like me. Where is the BB "twist"?

LOL! I actually don't think that being America's Player protects Dan at all. He will still have to complete his tasks. And, the only thing that will happen is that he will lose the money he would have gotten for not completing the task of getting our chosen nom up if she doesn't put our nom up. Which, it looks like she is going to.
I have to admit, as much fun as I am having watching BB, I am not as into it this year either. I usually have a clear favorite pretty quickly and, if Steven was still around, he would be my favorite. But, now I am going to have to settle and that just stinks! LOL!
They really do need a doozy of a twist to pick the speed of the game back up because, it really hasn't got that spark this season. They picked the crappiest cast ever. No one really has that great of a personality. Steven did but, well, I am trying to get over my broken heart after having lost him so, bringing him up again and again is not good for my healing process! LOL!

Thanks again for these spoilers. Jessie is a good choice and Libra would have been a better choice. I don't care too much for Jessie. Since April made that deal, I don't think the task will be accomplished. I've never voted for anything either, but Dan is a good pick. He'll try his best to get the job done.

My pleasure! And, I agree! Libra would have been a better choice since, while Jessie is a no-good, annoying piece of something stinky whose head is too big for his over-inflated arms and pectorals...LOL...I want Libra's trouble making butt sent home! LOL! She is the reason that my favorite, Steven, got the boot! So, I want to see her go out the same door she sent him out of.
And, I agree. I think that Dan will try really hard to get us what we want too.
