Freaky Friday!

Well, a while back I wanted to start a discussion on Weird Wednesday but didn't. However, yesterday was just too much! I got to my job and there was 1 cop car parked in the parking lot near where my client lives. Okay, this isn't the best area or apartment complex, I'm surprised I haven't seen more cops here. So, I didn't think too much about it. That was about 9 a.m. Well, after 2, she sent me over to the store for something and to get the mail and now, instead of 1 cop car, there are 2 and a Forensics/Crime Scene truck in the lot! I stopped on the way back to check the mail and asked in the office, but they weren't talking. When I came back by to return to the apartment I saw crime scene tape and a police man talking to a guy. My guess is someone died.... Okay - that's very interesting. Well, later the roomie wanted to stop and pick up some veggies for making soup today and while I was driving around looking for a parking space - there's this pick up with its engine all burned up. The police were blocking the lot there so the tow truck could get it out. the truck looks like it also burned a car with it. I hope nobody was hurt - the fire was out and the fire engines were gone so if anyone was hurt they were also long gone. So, that was my freaky Friday - how was yours?
