I love drink green tea and almost after dinner cos I feel better when I do that, so I make some searches about it and I love to share these information with you here for our all benefits. Green tea is made solely with the leavesof Camellia sinensis, that has undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China (4000 year ago as the history say) and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East. Recently, it has become more widespread in the West, where black tea is traditionally consumed. Over the last few decades green tea has begun to be subjected to many scientific and medical studies to determine the extent of its long-purported health benefits,with some evidence suggesting regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of cancer. Green teas have about a third the caffeine content, by liquid volume, of coffee. It contain two caffeine metabolites (caffeine-like substances): the ophylline,which is stronger than caffeine,and the obromine, which is slightly weaker than caffeine.
