my mom does this after she gets a pedi. i guess it is true that petroleum jelly does make your skin softer. every time i see my aunt i cant even kiss her because her face is always covered in that stuff but when its off her skin is sooo smooth and it gives her this sort of glow. its really cool. i do it sometimes at night.

My officemate recommends applying petroleum jelly on the hands and feet to make them softer. I do this sometimes, but only after using harsh detergents. I guess it works, my officemate swears by it anyway.

Hi diutay,
I never knew that Naomi Cambell puts eetroleum on her feet to make it softer, but when I get dry skin I just use a little to soften the shin a little.
