You have a very pretty daughter, you should be so proud, I must say that is the nicest graduation outfit I have ever seen...I think nursing is the most wonderful job in the world, I wish her well....what would we do without the dedication of nurses.

Isn't it wonderful? I know how you feel I've had 3 graduate high school, one finish her first degree and on to many more, and three more to graduate high school. No better feeling then when you hear that baby's name called.
Congratulations to you and your daughter.

That is wonderful. You must be very proud of her. As parents we always are. And they are always going to be our babies, aren't they? Speaking of which my baby is soon to be five years old. His name is Andrew.
He amazes me everyday and has accomplished so much in his young life. He has a great vocabulary and is very inquisitive. He uses good manners so I feel like my husband and I have taught him something. Good luck to you and your daughter, it is quite an achievement.

Nursing is a great career, and I am sure she will do well. It is partly because of your caring nature that she is doing so well.

I just wanted to say your daughter is very beautiful. Nursing is a great profession to go into. My mom is somewhat of a nurse: Nurse's aid she can do everything a nurse does, but doesn't have the degree. She loves her job I'm sure your daughter will love it too.

Wish her my congratulations. She chose a noble profession. I am sure that she will make a wonderful nurse. Do you have any idea in what field she is specializing in or what hospital or is she going to be free lance? Oh she does look beautiful in that picture. My younger son is going to propose to his girl friend, but has not set a date yet, my older is a supervisor or a big whig in computers, etc. My darling granddaughter has taken her first steps and so is walking.
So far the news.

Well that's great. She knows what she wants and is going for it!! Fantastic!! It's great that she is ready and able to start on that career track. I hope it's just what she wants.
My baby (22) hasn't been able to go to college yet, although she wants to, but she has been working almost steadily since she was 17, when she moved out of her dad's house and into her own apartment. She worked for Qwest customer care full-time and attended high school full-time while sharing an apartment with her brother, his fiance, and then with their newborn as well. After she finished high school, she moved back with me and had a job in less than a month and has been working ever since.
Within the last year, she sought, bought and paid for her first car. She doesn't care that it's second hand. It runs well, it's good on gas, and she's proud of the fact that she's learned to drive a stick shift when most of her friends haven't even ridden in one. The day we picked up her car, I drove it off the lot while she drove mine and we met in the large parking lot of the former Acme (now Goodwill) in that area. There were no cars there, the place virtually deserted, so I put her behind the wheel and told her to go for it. She had a few rough starts, but it didn't take long for her to get the hang of it. She is very pleased with her accomplishments and I'm very proud of her. She is everything I wasn't able to be because I didn't believe in myself the way she does. She now lives in my apartment while I'm living with my mother. She's one bright, sassy and determine young lady!
