Hi there to everyone at myLot!
After some time i've check myLot again and start wondering, if there is some member with genuine interest to discusse any kind of topic, or if most members are here just for sake of making few cents.
To be honest, i came across myLot thanks to my membership in PTR sites, but spend so much time typing and responding at myLot to earn money is funny.
So what is your reason to be here?
I can imagine myself earn few bucks as i spend lots of time online, but it's realy time consuming and yet there is still more fun somewhere else on web.
Tell us what do you think. Is myLot good for earning or good for shouting about anything that cross your mind? Or both?
By the way, nothing wrong with being online earner.Just wanted to know if you think about monies when posting here and trying get refs to earn more, or realy want to get to the bottom of the topic.

For me, I come in myLot to be able to Chat about anything that is on my mind, start a New discussion from time to time, and to make a Few new friends I can count on in the end as well. It is nice to also be able to Cash out each month here, and such but for me, since this site does not pay that much, I come here just to have Fun and relax and forget about some of the problems really going on in my life from time to time as well.

I have met many people here that I consider to be friends. This site is a good way to stay in touch with them and what is on their mind each day. I like making a little money while doing this. It is a nice benefit. I am not going to get rich on this site. Some of the discussions are very interesting. There is a huge variety of discussions to pick from. I can read them and/or respond to them. I can start my own discussions and people can share their thoughts with me. They are able to help guide me if I have a question. It is a wonderful resource of information.

Yeap, good thing is, that we can spit out all we want and almost every time is somewhere someone who can add few words to it.Your conter is rather huge as well in compare to mine - 50 :) - so there must be something about it, that make you carry on.

I am here for all the reasons you have said but as I go along with responding and posting discussion I enjoyed being here. This is the place where I can share my emotion, my happiness, anger, disappointments and everything and people are will to listen and give advice based on their experience and what they have seen from friends. It is a lot of fun here. I also meet different kinds of people who are willing to share what they have like their earning sites..

I would say both. I don't mind the money part, because I was doing the same thing at Yahoo Answers and getting fake "points" for it. The money is a nice little incentive. But I am here mostly to give people advice and talk about sports, letting out the occasional rant about something. It makes me feel good helping people, and I really love sports, and sometimes I really need to get something off of my chest. Sometimes I need advise too, which I can get here from the friendly people at MyLot.

Right, but don't you think that your own blog or forum will do better?And there is always some chance get funny money out of it.
And whats more, you're interested in sport, so you probably already know, that many responses are from people who have no idea what do you talking about, but posting just to get their cents.Am i right?
Anyway, it's realy interesting to know why we are here.

Well the reason that I'm here because both...It helps you to earn extra money and at the same time havin fun and creatin discussions and havin the chance to meet new people around the world...I want to be connected with different people around the world...I thing havin friends around the world is a great thing...:-0

I will admit that I joined mylot because they paid you. However the pay is very low from what I understand. Why do I stay here then? Because It is a forum and the payment has sort of become the motivation to come here and not the reason to stay. Thank you for your time and good luck.

i can say that money as a motivation will be the most common reason for membership.As you can see, i have been active just 49 times and this gave me $0.85.So if you realy take your time and shout your stuff around here, you can maybe get some money.But your writing must be a bit longer and in many interests.Than you get more responses.
This make myLot interesting.

I originally followed a link here because this site was described as a forum that pays you to post and I like interacting with others on the net, offering my opinions and advice, asking the same of others and the getting paid for it part was a bonus.
I'm too old for the chat rooms and this is about the only online activity that has kept my interest for more than a week.

I personally think it is more of a myspace than a money making sight. Because it is more of a throw out all the ideas and feelings you have more than a working site. But it is pretty fun so yeah.
